The next hearing of the case has been fixed for March 29, 2012. The plaintiff Pakistan International Airlines Corporation has pleaded that Defendant No.1 Messrs.

Transparency International in connivance with other defendants has launched a campaign against PIA, maligning and defaming the same by claiming that the deal between Boeing Company and plaintiff is “shady” and in violation of procurement laws and that the same had no approval of PPRA. It is pertinent to mention that the representatives of plaintiff time and again clarified the so called allegation of defendant No. 1 and said that the allegations were incorrect, malicious and baseless.
